We are honored that you are considering us as your baby’s doctor, and we deeply value the trust families place in us. Watching children grow, thrive, and achieve their milestones is one of the greatest privileges of working in pediatrics, and it’s a responsibility we take to heart every day.
What To Bring
- Any paperwork from the hospital, including hearing screen results and immunization records.
- Any available insurance information (if you are adding baby to an existing plan please bring that plan information).
- Plenty of diapers and an extra set of clothes.
Before Your First Appointment
If you have not yet established care with any siblings we offer a free prenatal interview, just phone us to schedule prior to your delivery date.
When the happy day has arrived, you can tell the hospital staff that you have chosen us as your pediatrician.
Before your discharge with you new baby the hospital staff should remind you to contact us to schedule your 1st appointment.
