We will make every effort to accommodate your scheduling needs. In return we ask that you help us by keeping your scheduled appointments and by notifying us at least 24 hours in advance when possible if you are unable to do so. When you give us advance notice we are able to accommodate other patients.  Rescheduling your missed appointment does not change the missed/same day cancel fee. 

First missed or same day canceled appointment – A $40.00 fee  is charged. Insurance will not pay for this charge.

Second missed or same day canceled appointment - An $80.00 fee will be charged.  Further missed appointments may result in dismissal from our practice.

Any family that misses an appointment booked for 2 or more children and the appointments are missed or same day canceled, will no longer be allowed to double book.
